If you're building a startup, you probably think you need perfect content to get noticed.

But that's not true. Here's the strategy I used to grow to 20K subscribers in 6 months…

I follow this simple approach that's worked for me and countless other founders:

Start with low-production, founder-led content in your niche – Share your actual journey in the area you care about. Be authentic, give real value, and honestly just figure it out as you go.

Focus on helping people you actually care about helping – Create content that genuinely serves your audience, not just content for content's sake.

Embrace these three mindset shifts:

Embrace the mess – Your content won't be perfect at first, and that's totally fine

Overcome the fear – Most people don't care, and if you mess up, nobody will see it anyway

Just get started – You already have skills and interests, so start sharing around those

My first videos were terribly lit, facing the wrong way, and I'm still not great on camera to be honest. But it doesn't matter because the value is what counts.

The beauty of this approach? You don't need to quit your day job or have some massive production budget. You just need to consistently share your journey in a way that actually helps people.
