I built an AI debate show with Claude Code where JARVIS and TARS argue about real decisions in real ElevenLabs voices, genuinely dislike each other, and I sit in the judge chair. In this video they fight about tipping culture, I interrupt them by voice mid-argument, they defer to me, and I pick the winner.

The show runs locally on my Mac: two Claude-powered AI hosts with humor and honesty dials you control, a live odds board, voice interruption (say the word and both bots yield the floor), stress-test mode where they attack your actual plans, and live brain swapping by voice, so you can make JARVIS run on GPT mid-debate. Learning is boring. Arguing is fun. That's the whole idea.
