Everyone says validate your idea before you build.

But that might be the very thing killing your project before you start.

You see, the problem with validation is that it's often procrastination wearing another costume.

Another "Oh, I'll build it once it's validated" excuse.

A reason to wait instead of actually taking action.

Now don't get me wrong I'm all for market validation.

But don't waste weeks, validate quickly, build in a weekend, and then put it out there.
