If you're building apps with AI you probably have 1000 different ideas.

But no idea which to focus on. Here's how I focus on just one thing…

I follow these 3 rules to decide whether I work on an idea.

Or I cut it.

1. Wait 24-48 hours – if you're still just as excited, get building

2. Ask myself if I'm just building for opportunity, or because I genuinely care about this idea – if it's the former, I cut it

3. If I keep thinking of new features, strategies or content even if I'm doing something unrelated – If I do, then that's a good sign that it's worth building

If I didn't do this, I'd have about 1254 projects on the go at one time.
