Michael Ryaboy started SetupClaw by taking the Collison playbook — the one where Stripe's founders installed their product on laptops in coffee shops — and pointing it at AI agents. He'd drive to your house and set up OpenClaw by hand. His tagline was literally "Collison installs for OpenClaw."
The first client took four hours in a cafe and ended with his friend's car getting towed. Then he doubled the price. Then he doubled it again. Then again.
